How does it work?
BIM modeling is the process of creating a digital prototype of a building. Every element – from a wall to the smallest valve – has its technical parameters. This allows us to run a "dry" construction simulation, detect clashes, and eliminate errors before they affect the schedule.
Parametric models Architecture / Structure / MEP
We create models based on 2D designs (CAD) or point clouds (Scan-to-BIM), enabling flawless planning of renovations and reconstructions. Every model element contains full technical parameters – material, dimensions, manufacturer, and classification code.
Documentation analysis
Assessment of available design materials – CAD drawings, specifications, technical conditions. We define the model scope and LOD.
Discipline model building
Parallel work on Arch, Structure, and MEP models in Autodesk Revit, continuously synchronized in the CDE.
Federation and clash detection
Merging discipline models and running hundreds of Clash Detection rules in Navisworks. Clash report with proposed solutions.
Coordination and iteration
Coordination sessions with designers, clash resolution, and re-verification. Full change history in the CDE.
Delivery and training
Handover of the model in RVT and IFC formats, export of schedules and takeoffs. Team training on model operation.
Multi-disciplinary coordination
We merge architectural, structural, and installation models into one coherent whole. Eliminating design errors on the computer, not on the construction site.
Clash Detection
Automated detection of installation and structural intersections. Hundreds of rules checked simultaneously in Navisworks Manage.
Bill of Quantities
Precise material takeoffs generated directly from the model. Guaranteed accuracy of estimates and orders.
Space optimization
Designing the routing of complex installations in the confined spaces of shafts and suspended ceilings.
IFC Interoperability
Working in open (IFC) and native (Revit) formats, ensuring seamless data exchange between all process participants.

We adjust the model's level of detail to project needs – from an architectural concept to an As-Built model ready for operation.
